Devon Labs — Series A · €4.5M

Inveready invested €4.5M in Madrid pharmaceutical company Devon Labs (legal name Devon Farmacéutica), combining equity from Inveready Biotech III with venture debt from Inveready Venture Finance III, so the deal is classified by its equity stage rather than as pure debt. Founded in 2019, Devon Labs combines drugs and medical devices with digital telemedicine tools in oncology, pain and CNS, and will use the money for commercial expansion and new product launches.
