Barcelona-based Premiumguest, which digitises ticketing, guest lists and VIP table management for nightclubs, restaurants, hotels and beach clubs, closed a €1M round from a group of well-known Spanish angels. Investors also signed convertible notes towards a planned €3M Series A; the company serves 300+ venues and plans international expansion.
