Docuten Tech, a digital signature and e-invoicing SaaS with offices in A Coruña and Madrid, raised €1.2M in a capital increase co-led by Altia and Vigo Activo (the venture arm of the Zona Franca de Vigo), each putting in €600,000. No venture stage was disclosed; earlier backers GoHub Ventures and Torsa Capital had invested in December 2019, and the new money funds expansion into Portugal.
