LUDA Partners, a digital network connecting more than 3,700 Spanish pharmacies to locate out-of-stock medicines, closed a capital increase of over €750,000 subscribed almost entirely by pharmacy professionals. Demand exceeded the initial target so the company enlarged the round; more than 60% of its shareholders are now pharmacists, and no institutional lead was involved.
