Barcelona travel-tech company Caravelo raised €3M from Sabadell Venture Capital and Inveready Venture Finance, combining equity and venture debt with no single stated lead. The money backs its SaaS product that lets airlines run flight subscription programmes; it adds to about $2.4M previously raised from angels including eDreams founder Javier Pérez-Tenessa, former British Airways CEO Álex Cruz and Adara Ventures.
