iPronics, a Universitat Politècnica de València spin-off building software-reconfigurable general-purpose photonic processors (its Field Programmable Photonic Gate Array), raised €3.7M led by Amadeus Capital Partners with Caixa Capital Risc and strategic angels from Google, Meta, Carto, Oracle and Ferrovial. The money funds engineering hiring and bringing the FPPGA chip to market, on top of an earlier €1M from co-founder Iñaki Berenguer.
