Internxt, a Valencia company offering zero-knowledge encrypted cloud storage (X Cloud), closed a seed round of about €250K. Roughly €206K was equity at a €2M valuation, raised through the SociosInversores.com equity crowdfunding platform from ESADE BAN, Delwik Group and former Telefónica and Vodafone executives. The other €50K was debt from Caixa Popular.
