TaxDown, a digital alternative to the Spanish tax agency's Renta Web filing service, closed a €700K seed round. This brought its total raised in its first year to €1M. Business angels Vladimir Ristanovic, James Argalas and Baldomero Falcones drove the round, with Abac Nest and Jobandtalent founders Juan Urdiales and Felipe Navío also taking part.
