Algenex is a biotech company with production facilities in Tres Cantos. It raised a €7.4M private round led by MasterLux (advised by Cleon Capital and Vita Advisory), and Columbus Life Science Fund II came in as a new investor. The money goes to its CrisBio baculovirus platform for human-health projects, EMA approval of its first veterinary vaccine and its GMP production site. El Referente classified the round as a Series B.
