Movilia — Unstaged equity

Movilia Fleet Management Solutions was set up with backing from Seaya Andromeda Sustainable Tech Fund I, which became its financial partner and shareholder, to buy and merge Movertis and Localizador Sherlog. The new group launched with about 100,000 managed vehicles, 10,000 clients and an estimated €10M in recurring revenue. The deal was an undisclosed growth/PE-style platform build, not a staged venture round. No amount or stake size was reported. Addleshaw Goddard advised Seaya. No earlier outside funding rounds for Movertis or Localizador Sherlog could be found.
