On 28 October 2020, 3D-Shaper Medical announced an €800K capital increase. A medical-sector family office had already paid in about €300K, and the other €500K was offered through an equity-crowdfunding campaign on The Crowd Angel (now Dozen). According to Invermercado, the campaign closed on 29 December 2020 with €306K of its target, so about €606K was actually secured. The company also said it had received about €1M in public grants and loans earlier, which are not counted here.
