The first institutional investment: €400K from the UN I+D+i Tech Transfer FCR fund, managed by Clave Mayor, with Orza Gestión y Tenencia de Patrimonios as co-investor. It funded the tibial fixation system for ACL surgery and planned clinical trials with Clínica Universidad de Navarra and Hospital Vithas San José. Separately, Sodena granted a participative loan in 2017; it is not counted here as a round. Later articles date Clave's first investment to 2018.
