AGPhotonics raised about €2.7M from the deep-tech VC Bullnet Capital (fund Bullnet Capital IV) about two months after the company was spun out of the Universidad de Málaga in May 2023. Bullnet dates its investment to July 2023. The amount was made public by co-founder Íñigo Molina Fernández in March 2024, who called it a 'ronda de Capital A'. It is filed here as Seed because it was the company's first institutional round. A July 2026 article (El Conciso) says Bullnet came in as principal investor in September 2024 and that the company got €3.7M for lithography and etching equipment, but neither was reported as a separate round. A planned €8M round targeted for 2027 has not closed.
