Architechtures closed a €1M seed round. The listed real estate developer Neinor Homes took a stake after picking the start-up for its Neinor Next proptech programme, and EjePrime reported the deal on 20 Sep 2018 without an amount. El Referente later gave the €1M seed figure and named 10X Capital, Bamboo Venture Capital, Neinor Homes, Nicolás Díez and Juan Velayos as investors. The company also received non-dilutive CDTI, ENISA and EU Horizon 2020 funding (grant No 854888, an EIC prize/grant around July 2019), bringing total funding to about €1.5M. A July 2023 round involving FRK Investments, Yara Ventures and Easo Ventures appears only in database entries (PitchBook) with no press confirmation, so it is not reported separately.
