Berdac's second round was €1M, led by Big Sur Ventures, which put in about 80% of it. Existing shareholders and an undisclosed founder of a Nasdaq-listed digital health company also invested. The money was to build out marketing and sales for the IMA Dispenser, and the company put its total raised at €1.6M including this round. Company registry filings also show a later capital increase of €21,196, registered in March 2023, but no round was ever announced for it.
