Cuidum closed a seed round of about €500K (some outlets say 'more than half a million'). El Referente reported that Cabiedes & Partners led it, with Toubkal Partners, Pinama and business angels also taking part. El Referente called it the company's second round, after an earlier small seed round from its Demium incubator start whose amount and investors were never disclosed. In December 2018 Bewater Funds' vehicle Bewater Cuidum FICC bought just over 13% of the company for about €700K. That was a secondary purchase from minority shareholders, not new money, and it valued Cuidum at about €5.3M, the same valuation as a March 2018 capital increase whose amount was never disclosed. Neither the 2018 capital increase nor the secondary purchase is listed as a separate round.
