The IDIS/SERGAS spin-off closed a capital increase that brought in Unirisco, Sémola Tech Ventures, Volsunga and Janus Projects (also reported as Janus Development) to grow its business model and push into international markets. Announcements of the round gave no amount or lead. A later Bioga release says Diversa closed one private round of €375,000 with specialist investors, which appears to be this round. The company has also raised more than €2M in competitive public funding, including Galician innovation grants, and had backing from the EIT Health and BioIncubaTech programmes; none of that counts as a round.
