This was DynamEat's first round, an equity crowdfunding campaign on Dozen Investments at a €2.4M pre-money valuation. It sought €324k and raised €405k (125% of target) from 79 investors for 11.89% of the company, when DynamEat had €5k MRR and 14 restaurants. Tracxn and Crunchbase also list a January 2021 angel round and a January 2024 Dozen campaign, but no press or company source confirms either; the 2024 entry looks like this same 125%-funded campaign misdated, so neither is reported.
