Fazil, then trading as Fazil Neobank, raised about €214K from the crowd on Crowdcube, using a convertible note. Crowdcube's page is titled 'Fazil Neobank raised investment - May 2023'. Crunchbase lists the note as March 2023. The raise was pitched as part of a planned €500K seed round, and no lead investor was named. Separately, in April 2026 Fazil said it was working on a new round that had not yet closed, so that round is left out here.
