Boolino, the company that owns Fiction Express and later took its name, raised €1M in a round led by Ship2B. €600K came from converting earlier convertible loans into equity and €400K was new money from Ship2B and business angels who specialise in education. The funds went to international expansion, mainly in Latin America and Asia. Earlier backers named in coverage include ENISA (a public loan) and business angel Andreas Mihalovits.
