FOSSA closed a €765K seed round from WISeKey and Newmind Venture. WISeKey had announced its strategic minority stake on 11 March 2021, alongside a contract with FOSSA to build WISeSat satellites. The team grew from 5 to 12 people and moved to central Madrid. FOSSA later received a CDTI NEOTEC grant of about €318K in 2022; that is a grant, not a round.
