Jobandtalent raised €92M (reported by TechCrunch as roughly $103M) in a Series F down round valuing the temp-staffing marketplace at €1.3B, versus $2.35B at its 2021 Series E. No lead was named; BlackRock came in as a new shareholder with about €15M and a board appointment right, and the company simultaneously extended the maturity of a €320M BlackRock loan to 2028. Proceeds go to international expansion and AI agents such as its recruiter 'Clara'.
