GuruWalk closed a €1M seed round led by Ethos Angel Investment Fund, a fund of Harvard alumni, which put in €200K. The rest came mostly from SeedRocket mentors and other business angels whose convertible notes had built up over about 18 months. The €1M total includes a €300K participative loan from the Instituto Valenciano de Finanzas (IVF). At the time the company said it planned a Series A before August 2020, but no close of that round has been reported.
