Habitissimo — Unstaged equity

Habitissimo raised its last round as an independent company in early 2016, after Schibsted pulled out of a planned acquisition at the last minute. The amount and stage were not disclosed. Cabiedes & Partners, the largest investor after the two founders, ended up with as much as 24% of the company. Crunchbase dates the round to January 2016. HomeServe then bought 70% of Habitissimo in February 2017 for more than €20M and the remaining 30% in 2019.
