Iristrace — Seed

Lánzame Capital, a pledge fund of business angels, invested in Iristrace as one of six start-ups (with Verse, Hooks, Woom and 21Buttons). Together the six raised €375,000, and Iristrace's own share was not disclosed. Tracxn dates the deal to 7 April 2016. Later press mentions a €500,000 participative loan and a €50,000 capital increase in March 2020, when Iristrace BV (Amsterdam) became the group's parent company. Neither was announced as a round. Databases also list K Fund (2017), SAP.iO and a Leapfunder convertible note, but no press confirms that any of these closed.
