ISR — Unstaged equity

ISR (Integración Sensorial y Robótica, branded ISR Specular Vision), a 2016 University of Jaén spin-off, raised an investment round led by Axon Partners Group to fund international expansion across Europe, America and Oceania. The amount and stage were not disclosed, and no co-investors were named. Webcapitalriesgo covered the round on 2024-02-12. Existing shareholders include business angel María Luisa García (president of AABAN) and the University of Jaén. Before this round the company had used non-dilutive funding, including a €225K ENISA participative loan, which is not counted as a round.
