IIzpitek Solar — Unstaged equity
Spain's energy agency IDAE bought a minority stake in Izpitek Solar in 2025 through its 2024-2026 Investment Strategy. IDAE only disclosed it in a 13 May 2026 release, which says it happened 'last year', so the date is year-only. No amount or co-investors were disclosed. Tecnalia's portfolio page says Izpitek has had three financing rounds with Tecnalia, Branka Solutions, Kiro, Gestión de Capital Riesgo del País Vasco and a private investor, but no dated announcement of the other rounds or of Kiro's investment could be found.
