Cuimo — Series A · €8M

Seaya, through its Seaya Andromeda climate vehicle, invested €8M for a stake of up to 40% in Cuimo, a Madrid-based online marketplace for certified refurbished motorcycles. The deal combined secondary share purchases with a capital increase, and existing backers Encomenda, Lukkap and entrepreneur Hugo Arévalo also participated; Cuimo reached around €18M in annual revenue.
