Le Room Service closed a €1.4M round made up of both debt and equity. Tech Transfer Agrifood led it, and existing shareholders plus two new investors whose names were not disclosed joined. The money goes to consolidating operations in Seville, Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon, to technology and to sustainable growth, after €2M in revenue in 2022. Separately, in December 2024 the company opened a convertible-loan campaign on Dozen Investments (€500K target, €6.8M cap, 20% discount). Reports said it had passed its target, but no close has been reported, so it is not listed as a round.
