MiCuento raised €2.5M in a capital increase paid in two phases. Paris-based impact investor Impact Partners led the round and took a minority stake, its first deal in Spain. Impact Partners also bought shares from business angels and joined Banco Sabadell (BStartup) and Intelectium Ventures as reference shareholders. Around the same time the company also had public financing from Institut Català de Finances, Institut Català d'Empreses Culturals, Enisa, an ICO loan and an ICF Cultura line; those are not counted as part of this round.
