GLI Finance (now Sancus Lending Group) led a €1M equity round, investing €445,500 for a 9.9% stake, and its CEO Geoff Miller joined the board. GLI also committed to source €10M of loans through the platform and private investors committed a further €4M in loan funding, which is why some Spanish press reported the deal as €15M.
