Cloudware S.L. (Nware) closed a €450K capital increase on 3 April 2020 and announced it in May 2020. The Valley Venture Capital led the round with €250K, the first deal of its Fund I, and existing shareholders also took part. The money paid for the launch of Nware's beta, scaling the platform and developing its own streaming technology. The company later described this as its first venture-capital round; its two earlier capital increases were never reported publicly.
