OneToro TV — Series A · approximately €5M

OneToro TV's operating company, Alta Stream S.L., raised a second capital increase of about €5M. Corporación Bética de Expansión Empresarial FCR put in €2,500,493.82 of it. That fund is managed by Axon Partners Group and backed by the Junta de Andalucía with FEDER money. The deal first became public when El Español listed OneToro among the fund's portfolio companies on 1 Feb 2024; the investment was made before the fund's investment period ended on 31 Dec 2023. In October 2024 Axon described it as the second tranche of a €9M capital increase, following a first round of nearly €4M, and said the fund holds under 25% of the company. The Junta called the money a repayable investment due by 2029. The company also took on up to €5M in debt instruments, mostly from foreign private investors and national banks; that debt is not counted here.
