Stark Future — Venture Debt · €25M

A €25M credit facility from Big Bets, Anton Gauffin's investment firm and a shareholder since 2022, provided working capital to expand production of the Stark VARG. Some Spanish press reported it as an equity injection, but the company announced it as a credit facility. Stark Future also had a separate €20M debt line from Banco Santander, reported in June 2023.
