Team Heretics — Unstaged equity

Team Heretics closed a financing round of undisclosed size to buy Misfits Gaming's LEC franchise slot. It was reported as the largest round any Spanish esports club had raised. Existing shareholders Sevenzonic Capital and Omega Capital (Alicia Koplowitz's family office) took part, and unnamed new international partners joined. Earlier, in June 2021, both firms bought minority stakes; Sevenzonic's was explicitly done without a capital increase, so that is not counted as a separate round.
