Visualfy — Unstaged equity

Visualfy opened a convertible-note round on the equity crowdfunding platform Bolsa Social by Goparity on 25 March 2026. The round targeted about €2.2M, with a 3.32% monthly discount (capped at 20%) and a 12-month maturity. It was later reported as completed, with the campaign closing around 15 May 2026. The total closed amount was not disclosed: the company's own posts cited about €137K committed on Bolsa Social (91% of the platform goal) and €283K in follow-on money from existing investors, including Club de Impact Angels. The 'led by 42CAP' claim appeared only in a search summary with no source behind it, so it is not used here.
