Wattson Smart Charging says it closed a €1M round from family offices in Spain, the US and Mexico and from business angels in several countries. Press coverage also names the corporate venture builder BYLD among these private backers. The company's own post has no date but cites May 2023 coverage, and the company register shows a capital increase in January 2023, so the date is approximate. Separately, Wattson got about €700K in grants and public loans (IDAE MOVES Singulares, CDTI NEOTEC and ENISA). In January 2025 it opened a €2.6M round with €1.6M committed, but no close has been reported, so that round is not listed.
