Emerald Stay — Series B (estimated) · €30M

Eterniti, the group that grew out of Emerald Stay and now runs the Emerald Stay, Bo House and Verbier Exclusive brands, raised €30M (about $35M) from Amethyst III, a fund managed by Swiss private equity firm Limestone Capital. The group has now raised €50M in total, including about €20M before this round. The money funds international expansion, starting with a majority stake in French Cowboys Homes in Austin, Texas. An earlier Seedrs convertible crowdfunding campaign (March 2022, €639,780 pledged by 154 investors with 18 days still to run, alongside a reported €3M credit facility from a German VC) is left out because no final close was reported.
