ID Finance closed a record equity crowdfunding round on Crowdcube, raising £4.95M from 1,223 investors, more than twice its target. The round opened in October 2019 with £1.5M (about €1.7M) raised within minutes. At the time it was a record for equity crowdfunding in Spain.
