Internxt closed a €3.3M capital increase to expand its privacy-focused suite of encrypted cloud storage, VPN and antivirus products, and to launch private email and video calling. No venture stage was disclosed by any source and the round was presented as co-led by Prosegur Tech Ventures, Andorra Telecom and Juan Roig's Angels Capital rather than by a single lead; CaixaBank's Corporate & Investment Banking team advised on and structured the operation.
