Cabify's parent Maxi Mobility disclosed just under $100M ($99,999,994) in a US SEC Form D filing, reported at the time as the first tranche of a Series D the company hoped to grow to as much as $500M. Cabify never formally announced the round and the filing named only a single, unidentified investor, so no lead or investor list is asserted here; press speculation pointed to Rakuten, which had led the previous round.
