Bit2Me — Unstaged equity

Unicaja Ventures bought a minority stake of about 5% through a capital increase, took a board seat and signed a commercial agreement. The amount was not disclosed (TechLeap reports a valuation above €100M), and the deal came as part of the operation with Cecabank.
