Secrets Vault closed its first pre-seed round, reported as €400K in total, backed by Bcombinator VC II and several business angels, to launch its image-based visual-cryptography security product. Dealroom says the €400K includes a €100K non-refundable ACCIÓ Startup Capital grant. That grant is reported as a separate event, which leaves about €300K of equity here. A later €1.5M round, with a first €300K tranche on a SAFE, is described only as possibly closing, so it is not reported.
