Spanish proptech eVoost AI, which automates off-plan property sales using 'emotional AI' and DISC-based buyer profiling, closed a €1.4 million pre-seed round from Hub71 and its Qora71 vehicle, becoming the only Spanish company among 26 selected for Abu Dhabi's Hub71 ecosystem. The deal moved the company's registered base toward Abu Dhabi while keeping operations in Madrid and Gijón.
