Barcelona-based 011h, founded in 2020 by Privalia founders Lucas Carné and José Manuel Villanueva, raised €20 million led by Ship2B Ventures with CDTI as the other new backer and existing investors Seaya and Breega following on. The company builds modular, low-carbon housing using engineered wood and light metal structures, has €50M of projects underway and expects to deliver more than 600 homes by 2027; it had previously raised a €25M Series A in 2022.
