Wodan AI — Pre-seed · €2M

Spanish-Belgian startup Wodan AI, founded by Bob Dubois and Manuel Pérez Yllán, raised a €2M pre-seed to scale its homomorphic-encryption platform that runs ML, computer vision and LLM workloads directly on encrypted data for banking, defence, healthcare and public administration. The round was co-led by JME Ventures, Swanlaab and Adara Ventures with ScaleFund participating, and Wodan simultaneously moved its global HQ and R&D team to Madrid.
