Galician pet-health company Barkibu disclosed a €40M transaction led by London-based insurance specialist Correlation Partners, of which roughly half was secondary providing partial or full exits to historical shareholders; no venture stage was given. Barkibu also revealed it will close 2025 with about €47M in annual paid subscriptions and targets €100M by 2027; Kfund, an investor since 2021, did not sell shares.
