Moira Capital Partners and CDTI (via Innvierte) invested €13.7 million in Geodesic, a Madrid-based developer of chemical-free industrial water treatment, purification and regeneration technology, with Moira taking a 49% stake. No investor was described as formally leading the round; funds go to expanding the industrial commercial and technical teams, R&D and international expansion into Mexico and Florida.
