Madrid neo-insurer Tuio raised €15 million in a round co-led by MassMutual Ventures and BlackRock, with existing backers BAMCAP Ventures and Extension Fund increasing their stakes; Spanish press describes it as co-led with no single leader. The amount combines equity and debt and is the company's third round, taking total funding to €18.45 million, and will fund pet health and motor insurance launches.
