The Basque startup, which builds secure end-to-end mobile communications and intelligent private 5G networks, closed a €525k round in which listed group Amper put in €300k via a convertible loan giving it a right to around 10% of the capital, alongside Castiventures (€125k) and Bcombinator (€100k). Amper will integrate the technology into its defence, security and logistics portfolio.
